Since hanging up his boots in the AFL at the end of last season, Cameron Pedersen has been keeping himself occupied – to say the least.

Still a member of the MFC P&PP&OA committee, Pedersen has left the suburbs with his wife Sarah and three daughters, and has headed to Phillip Island, where every day is full of activity.

Not only is he teaching at Newhaven College – where daughter Charlee is in Grade 2, while Ruby is in Grade 1 (Lucy, aged three, is in kinder) – Pedersen is also playing for and assistant coaching Phillip Island Football Club.

Away from schools and football, there’s even more going on for the family, with part ownership of Citrus and Vine restaurant, and building of a new house in Cowes.

‘It’s very busy!’
