It was with much sadness that we heard of the recent passing of Ivan Baumgartner, who played five games for Melbourne in 1955, in between stints with Geelong and St Kilda. Ivan, who wore No. 5 in his time at the Demons, originally hailed from Wesley College. We pass on our most sincere condolences to Ivan’s family and friends.
